Living Mindfully Virtual Retreat
“You have an appointment with life, an appointment that is in the here and now.”
― Thich Nhat Hanh

Date: Thursday October, 28 2021
Time: All Day
Cost: Free
Retreat Overview:
The goal of mindfulness meditation is to learn to be present in every moment of your life, not just when you are sitting in meditation. There are many thing that can distract us from the here and now. This is why we need to practice mindfulness.
The retreat will begin and end with a group meditation on Zoom. Then, throughout the day you will receive private text message prompts (no group texts) to give you various techniques to be mindfully present during your day’s activities.
Apart from the morning and evening group mediations on Zoom, you do not need to change or modify your day.

- A commitment to not change your schedule.
